He is an expert in applying spc tools in manufacturing environment. He has been responsible for the formulating, implementing and promoting plant wide SPC programmes. He provides consultancy services and training to engineers, technicians, supervisors and managers in the use of various statistical techniques for process development and continuous improvement. Mr. Cheok had been worked as statistician/spc engineer and later as quality manager in multinational company. He has developed number of quality information system. Among them are on-line quality data, supplier rating programme and calibration system. Henry had been a mathematics tutor in engineering faculty, University of Malaya. He had also been a lecturer for statistics and quantitative subject (ACCA, CIMA) in CYMA college. Henry Cheok received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. He is a member of American society for quality (ASQ) and ASQ’s certified quality engineer.
